Circle of Art, Tulips

Jean M. Canavan
and very wet on wet painting. Fun and very vibrant paints. Flowers are a good way to try out new ways of painting because I can be pretty loose with my watercolors. The paper was very wet, and I used a spray bottle to keep it wet while painting and to keep the paint running in the direction I wanted it to go.This watercolor ended up in the Circle of Art auction  in May, where Artists and art lovers joined forces to raise $18,000 for Food Gatherers.
