Added the vase in the back today. I am questioning my decision to have yarn in my still life. What was I thinking? Can't seem to make it soft and fuzzy. There must be a trick! I am working around the reflections on the silver... my whole focus for setting up the still life. They are next!
Perhaps the edge of a stiff feather or a small fan brush would give a hint of yarn texture here and there? Or a very sharp Derwent Inktense watersoluable ink pencil on the edges of the strands?
